the founder

Agnès Candiotti completed her Ph.d as a field biologist before she became a teacher, a relational facilitator & an integral leadership coach –  At work and in her daily life, she shows up with the enthusiastic curiosity of a young person and the wisdom of an old soul.  The unique blend of her sharp scientific mind with her generous heart enables her to hold a masterful space for deep transformational journeys.

Trained in field biology, Agnès grew up observing ecosystems closely. This sensitive and systemic way of seeing became her compass : everything that is truly sustainable is also deeply interconnected, regenerative, and adaptive. Today, she brings this wisdom of the living world into the workplace, as a reality to be reintegrated into our organizations. Each team becomes a full-fledged ecosystem and each individual, a vital part of a moving collective intelligence.

To foster this kind of leadership, Agnès works at the intersection of lived experience, shared awareness, and embodied change. This path led her to introduce pioneering approaches in France such as Authentic Relating, Circling, and Integral practices that awaken, through direct experience, a different kind of intelligence that is relational, emotional and collective.
